The company is looking to appointment a new Regional Sales Manager for the South East of England, to continue supporting the growth of an existing customer base.

Overall job role description:

To develop Aqualla and Adamsez sales and brand awareness through new and existing retail and trade accounts while keeping an open mind to new non-trading accounts without compromising existing relationships.

Specific job role responsibilities:

  • To deliver Aqualla Adamsez best-in-class customer service, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports; create planning reports/documents using Microsoft Office/ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system / Phocas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with targeted accounts and build loyalty to the Aqualla and Adamsez brands.
  • Develop an efficient call cycle within the area to ensure customers are visited and all displays and are maintained to the highest standard in line with company display guidelines.
  • Review and amend the trading strategy to ensure Aqualla and Adamsez have good penetration of the bathroom brassware and Bath market within the area via independent retail showroom and Group account trade branches.
  • To meet and exceed set monthly sales budgets.
  • Create and conduct proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and call reports for the region.
  • Attend and present at quarterly sales meetings.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Awareness of competitors and industry trends.

Desirable experience:

  • Proven success in a previous sales role for at least two years.
  • Strong understanding of the GB Bathroom Market.
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential.
