At Aqualla, customer service is the foundation of our business. To demonstrate our commitment to our customers, we offer an extended 12-year warranty on all our taps and showers and a 5-year warranty on all our towel warmers and mirrors. 

Complete warranty details are below.

Most of our products have an extended warranty option at no extra cost. Extended warranty is subject to completion of the online product registration on https://aquallabrassware.com/productregistration/, which must occur within 90 days of purchase.

Taps and Showers:

Aqualla Brassware Ltd taps and showers have a 12-year warranty when registered online (2 years parts and labour / Remaining ten years parts only).

Exclusions include: Hoses - 2 year warranty. O rings, Diverter and Cartridges – 5-year warranty

Towel Warmers:

Aqualla Brassware Ltd towel warmers have a 5-year warranty when registered online (2 years parts and labour / Remaining three years parts only), and Aqualla Brassware Ltd valves have a 2-year warranty.

Accessories:

Aqualla Brassware Ltd accessories have a 12-year warranty when registered online (2 years parts and labour / Remaining ten years parts only).

Radiators: All Aqualla Brassware Ltd radiators have a 5-year warranty when registered online (2 years parts and labour / Remaining three years parts only). Electric heat elements have a 2-year warranty.

Mirrors:

Aqualla Brassware Ltd mirrors have a 5-year warranty when registered online (2 years parts and labour / Remaining three years parts only).

Aqualla Brassware Ltd will make a discretionary decision to either replace or repair, at their own expense, defects in goods arising from faulty workmanship provided that the Buyer will have given written notice to the Seller as soon as is reasonably practical. Aqualla Brassware Ltd’s liability in respect of any defect will be limited to the repair or replacement of the goods in question. Suppose damage or loss occurs to the goods in transit. In that case, the Seller shall repair or replace the specified goods if notification is made in writing within seven days of the goods being dispatched from its premises.

General:

No Corrosive Substances: Avoid placing corrosive substances in Aqualla Aromawell, which can pose health hazards.

Manufacturing Defects:
If any defects are noticed after fitting, Aqualla will replace the goods/parts free of charge, excluding labour costs. Inspect products thoroughly before installation.

Damage After Fitting:
Aqualla is not liable for the supply or fitting of products if damage is noticed after installation.

Warranty Coverage:
Our warranties include parts and labour for two years, followed by parts-only coverage for the remaining period. After two years, labour services are available at a charge, with fees agreed upon in advance.

Consumer Warranty Registration:
Register your warranty on the Aqualla website upon purchase.

Ventilation for Heated Towel Rails:
Ensure proper ventilation for chrome-plated heated towel rails to prevent surface rust.

Testing Connections:
Before installation completion, test all connections and moving parts in products with flowing water.

Service Call Considerations:
Consult the Aqualla Technical Team to identify issues before arranging a service call.

Product Improvements:
Aqualla continues to enhance specifications, which may result in slight product changes.

Cleaning Recommendations:
Avoid abrasive sponges, cleaning agents with abrasives, solvents, acids, limescale removers, or household vinegar for cleaning.

Surface Damage:
Damage due to improper treatment is not covered by warranty; follow recommended cleaning practices.
