Company Sales Director
Noel has a wealth of sales experience in the bathroom industry, working with a distributor for 10 years and an industry major for the last 8. Noel is well equipped to develop one of the fastest growing brands throughout Ireland and later into the UK.
Area Sales Manager – N.I
Stuart’s role has been diverse and instrumental in the growth of the Aqualla brand. His can-do attitude meant that he was involved in many aspects of the business, including a focus on QC, product development and stock management. Today, Stuart is responsible for N.I. account customers, ensuring consistency in delivering high standards of service.
UK Sales Director
Pete has been in the KBB industry for 18 years with 15 in the bathroom sector. He brings a wealth of experience to Aqualla gained from running his own area, managing teams and introducing new products to the market. Pete’s focus is to introduce and develop the Aqualla brand in the UK.
Area Sales Manager – ROI
Padraig joined Aqualla in September 2018, bringing his many years experience in the Bathroom and Healthcare industries to the team. His genuine passion and dedication for customer service is evident in everything he does, aligning him perfectly with Aqualla’s Customer focused ethos.
Jade has been with Aqualla for 4 years, in which time she has built a wealth of experience not only on the Administration side of the business but an extensive understanding of products. With a determination to offer the best possible customer service and knowledge on all departments in Aqualla, Jade is perfectly suited to the role of Aqualla Sales Co-Ordinator; a role that was recently created to ensure the function between our internal and external sales staff is seamless, to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Patrick’s attention to detail, product knowledge, and can-do attitude make him an integral part of Aqualla’s Technical Support Team. With many years’ experience in managing and organising in all areas of logistics, product displays and aftersales, Patrick’s skills are an essential part of our service commitment.
Gillian joined Aqualla in 2014 to support the growing demands of the accounts department, and is now the Company Accountant. She is responsible for the day to day running of the accounts department as well as the preparation of monthly and financial accounts, payroll, HMRC reporting and other accounting duties for management. Having been involved for over 30 years in various accountancy roles, Gillian brings a knowledge gained by her experience within both industry and private sector positions.
Sue moved across the business to Aqualla following the acquisition of Adamsez in June 2020. Having spent 25 years within accounts at Adamsez, Sues’ dedication and expertise have made her a valuable addition to the team at Aqualla. With an eye for detail and problem-solving, Sue is efficient and supportive of both colleagues and customers.
With over a decade of experience in warehousing and global logistics, Jonny leads by example to ensure the smooth running of the Aqualla store. With an eye for detail, Jonny takes great pride in finding solutions when faced with challenges and knowing the customer is satisfied when receiving their order.
Liam joined Aqualla in 2017 having worked previously in the transport business with Trans-globe Express. His experience in logistics and stock handling, coupled with his sincere dedication to customer satisfaction, has proven Liam to be an invaluable asset to the Aqualla team.
Donna’s role as Customer Administrator includes many aspects, although all revolve around delivering customer service. After several years working in a retail showroom environment in the bathroom sector, Donna knows the importance of communication and customer care. Donna’s positivity, can-do attitude and friendly personality, fit well with Aqualla’s ethos and customer focus.
Alex joined the team in September 2020 having returned home from spending six years in West Yorkshire. With a background in administration, event management and relational customer service, Alex understands the importance of providing a quality service.
She has a wonderfully calm personality with a measured and supportive approach to all that she does. She has swiftly become a great asset to the team and loves nothing more than getting to the bottom of a problem.
Karen brings many years of experience from a credit control background, allowing her to support Gillian with accounts receivable. Karen is responsible for statement and invoice procedures, ensuring a smooth, prompt and efficient credit control service for the business.
Luke spent many summers helping in the warehouse while working part-time and studying music, and now he joins the team in a full time role. His experience in customer service, sales and stock management allow him to understand the importance of the order picking and goods out process. Luke’s calm and cheerful demeanour make him a perfect addition to the Aqualla team.
Joining the team in February 2020, Rebecca brought a wealth of experience gained over 20 years of working in finance administration roles.
Rebecca has a genuine commitment to ensuring good customer relationships, taking great pride in her role with a can-do attitude to every task. Her calm and friendly personality blends well within the accounts team and culture at Aqualla.
Andrew is the latest addition to the warehouse team, supporting Jonny, Liam, and Luke to ensure the highest levels of service within the goods out department.
With many years of experience in the bathroom industry, Andrew’s approach to work is efficient, organised and customer-orientated.
Andrew’s sense of humor and a ‘can-do’ attitude are a perfect fit for the culture of Aqualla.
Regional Sales Manager – South East England
Ed joined the team in January 2021 with a strong and determined focus to provide excellent customer service across the South East of England. This focus on service is a core value for us, making Ed a perfect fit for the customer-centric ethos of the team. Having spent three years as an ASM for an industry-leading distributor, gaining essential knowledge, and building relationships that have led to successes in the London & South East Region, Ed looks forward to growth and development in the region with the Aqualla brand.
Julianna is responsible for all things Marketing related at Aqualla, joining us with a wealth of knowledge and experienced gained in our sector over the last 14 years, working with one of the largest plumbing and heating merchants in Northern Ireland.
Neil joined the team in December 2020 in the role of Operations Manager, having spent a decade working in Quality Management in high volume manufacturing and wholesaling. A natural problem solver with analytic thinking, Neil’s attention to processes, continual improvement and customer expectation, benefits the business greatly. His focus is to support the growing areas of Warehousing, Logistics, and Stock Management in process improvement project management. With a quick wit and team spirit, Neil blends perfectly with the team.
HR & Sales Admin Support
Tobi’s role is to assist with the smooth running of the Sales Office and HR function. Having joined Aquala in October 2020 with a background in Mechanical Engineering and HR, Toby is always eager to share his ideas and experiences for system improvement to benefit our customers.
Another natural problem solver, skilled in administration and developing processes and systems, Tobi is an invaluable asset to the office.
He is approachable, analytical and hugely supportive of the team.
Regional Sales Manager – Midlands & South Wales
With over 18 years of experience as an ASM for a leading industry brand, servicing the West Midlands and South Wales area, Nick has established strong trading relationships with customers.
His conscientious approach to work and positivity parallels the culture at Aqualla. Since joining in August 2020, Nick has helped to successfully establish the brand within his area.
Regional Sales Manager – S.W. England
James joined Aqualla in September 2020 having spent the past 6 years as a Business Development Executive for a leading industry brand. During that time he successfully developed his area across South West of England.
His customer focus, drive and personality fit perfectly with the existing culture at Aqualla. James has made a positive start representing the brand in this area and is set to build lasting trading relationships over the months and years ahead.
Accounts Assistant & Credit Control
With a background in accounts and experience within the retail sector, Sarah understands the importance of accuracy, attention to detail and good communication. Joining the team in 2019, Sarah’s skillset, coupled with her friendly and outgoing personality, make her a great addition to the team.
Regional Sales Manager – Scotland
Steven joined Aqualla in August 2020 following three years in an ASM role with a leading industry brand.
Previously Steven worked for Ceramic Tile Distributors (CTD) as Retail Sales Manager for Scotland.
With a ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for customer service, he has established a growing customer base in his area, bringing a fresh perspective and positive approach to providing a top-class service for customers in Scotland.
Having worked in customer-facing roles in the public sector since the age of 16, Scott has developed an excellent skill set for providing high-quality customer service. Since joining Aqualla in February 2020, Scott’s friendly personality, positive attitude, and organised approach to work have allowed him to integrate quickly and efficiently into the Sales Administration team.
With 10 years’ experience in customer service, warehousing, and stock control, David has been a welcomed addition to the team since joining in November 2019.
His experience, focus, and positive work ethic have proven him to be a natural fit within the overall culture at Aqualla.
Research & Development Manager
Having over 20 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry, trained in electrics, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation and control systems, mechanical systems and computer systems, Trevor brings a wealth of experience to the business. His background and skillset in equipment engineering, process engineering and service management are of huge benefit to the team and our future product portfolio.
Kevan has 14 years experience as a fully qualified Plumbing and Heating engineer who has been installing and advising on Aqualla products since the business began. His practical thinking, expertise and passion for quality fittings, perfectly complements Trevor’s engineering background, making him an excellent addition to our R&D team. Kevan’s high standards and problem solving skills ensure that we can offer our customer the best possible solutions.
Jade joined the Aqualla Team in the role of Sales Administrator, to support the growing demand on this department resulting from continued growth of the brand. Jade is highly organised, with strong interpersonal skills developed through 7 years’ experience working face to face with the general public in a client support role. With a positive attitude and friendly manner, Jade will fit well with the culture in Aqualla.
